Keeping track of maintenance items and following up on them with the landlord has been an issue at every single apartment I've ever lived in. So, I decided to do something about it. Over the course of a weekend, I created an app to keep track of maintenance items for a group of people.

Items can be quickly added, resolved, deleted or unresolved. Additionally, you can create or be part of multiple groups and only need to send the url to somebody to let them join the group. Maintenance groups in this app are public and not meant to be used for bug tracking or any kind of proprietary to-do list.
